Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aivora mobile application and related services (the "Services") operated by Aivora ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use Aivora. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of Services

Aivora is an AI-powered mobile application that provides:

• Conversational AI chat powered by large language models
• AI image generation from text prompts
• Content writing tools (blogs, emails, social posts)
• Translation and language utilities
• Local chat history and customization features

3. Account and Access

Aivora does not require you to create an account. Your usage data and preferences are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Aivora Pro Subscription

Aivora offers an optional paid subscription, Aivora Pro, for $4.99 USD per month(prices may vary by region). Aivora Pro includes:

• Unlimited AI chat messages
• Unlimited AI image generations
• Ad-free experience
• Priority support

4.2 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of Aivora Pro. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.

4.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

• iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Aivora Pro → Cancel Subscription
• Android: Google Play Store → Account → Subscriptions → Aivora Pro → Cancel

4.5 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google according to their respective policies. We do not issue direct refunds.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Aivora to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Create content that harasses, defames, or impersonates others
• Generate sexually explicit content involving minors
• Produce malware, phishing content, or exploit instructions
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or subscription paywalls
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
• Use the App for automated scraping or bulk data collection

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these rules.

6. AI-Generated Content

Aivora uses third-party AI models (including OpenAI's GPT and DALL-E) to generate responses and images. You understand that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or biased information. Do not rely on it for critical decisions (medical, legal, financial).
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on or publishing it.
• Ownership and licensing of AI-generated content is governed by the underlying AI provider's terms (e.g., OpenAI).
• We are not liable for how you use AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Aivora app, brand, logo, and all original content are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Aivora integrates with third-party services (OpenAI, Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Apple, Google Play). Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or performance.

9. Advertising

Free-tier users see advertisements served by Google AdMob. These ads are not endorsed by us and we are not responsible for the content of ads or the products/services they advertise. Upgrade to Aivora Pro to remove ads.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIVORA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Aivora harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App and by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aivora is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
